40x40 Clear Tent/White Tent with Cafe Lights

A 40x40 tent (1,600 sq. ft.) For round tables (typically 60” in diameter) seating 8 guests each, each table requires about 100 sq. ft. (including chairs and walking space).
With additional space for catering tables, a bar, or a DJ booth, the guest count may slightly decrease. Generally, a 40x40 tent with a 9x9 dance floor and round tables can seat up to 100 guests comfortably.
Bar and Umbrella Rental

DJ & Sounds

Full sound setup for your wedding or event program, speeches, and dance floor, ensuring the perfect ambiance for every moment. Our professional DJ will arrive one hour prior for setup, this includes a 10x10 tent to keep the equipment protected.  And breakdown handled after the event. This service covers four hours throughout your wedding or special event.
